adding you as a member on the team == adding another seat to the team, which incurs a cost ($20 per seat)

yep this i bet... your user context shows you're ~~Hobby~~ trial, so the UI isn't allowing the change even though the project is owned by a Pro member. if they added you to the team, instead of adding you as a member on the project, it should let you make the update

yeah it sounds like you have a feel for the feedback thing, so whatever makes sense. if it's tedious to have individual threads, you could also just create one that's like "feedback on first time user experience" and catalog everything underneath

that's really great feedback. funny how i had the same reaction as you, but obviously got used to it and became blind. i'm sure plenty of others have gotten frustrated by it. a thread will be perfect, and i'll mention it internally as well

I can't delete service

hey @Hascke , to be clear, you've tried deleting the service completely and it won't delete successfully? do you see an error when you try?
