Removed resources and Canceled twice now. Continue to get billed $5.00/mo.
Not much to say here. I canceled most recently in late April and continue to get $5.00 deducted from my account. I removed all resources before doing so.

You'd still be billed for the resources you used during the month you cancelled
for example if someone cancels their plan now then they'll still be billed for what they've used up until now
Are you sure it wasn't just a final charge?
If you think there should be 2 final charges...
