Unable to remove a service
I have tried refreshing and everything. I am unable to remove a service from my project. It tries to remove and then just pops up the deploy changes button again after awhile.

I am also unable to deploy new services as well
hopefully this is solved soon as there we multiple deployments stuck online and it is racking up charges.
also have other deployments stuck online like such
this is the service I have tried removing due to the multiple deployments that were stuck online and it just keeps climbing.
