Z- TILT doesnt work correctly
are your z-tilt coordinates outside of your mesh coordinates? I had a similar tilt, only the entire left was down and this was caused by a purge line stuck between the palte and the magnet. the z-tilt coordinates included this section, but the mesh did not.

Wobbling movement on Y-axis

Strange Bed Level Test Result
Looks like layer shift, maybe because one of the pulleys on the motors is not fastened (diagonal shift means 1 pulley might be loose). Do you still have the gcode, can you see if the correctly printed parts are done before the slightly shifted parts?

Y-Rails not tightening.
have you tried unfastening the bolt almost entirely and then refastening? Sometimes the drop-in T-nuts dont rotate properly.
