It helped to reduce the drag from the spool to the tool. ill have to enclose the filament next. get a little more consistency with it pulling in and out

i did more troubleshooting than i wanted to today but yes i found cranking to 240 did help a bit . did clear up some things in. the orbiters. but i see a lot of wavy diagonal lines in my infill so i have to figure out what is loose on the printer head.

i seem to be able to print at around 32 flow rate but past that it messes up corners. especially after a long straight away. this elegoo rapid pla plus is temp rated for 200-230. i am running at 230 according to my temp tower tests and fan test. the fans run with always on and dynamic adjustment. between 40% and 80% any higher and it almost cools too fast. this is at layer height .3. slow down print if less than 3 seconds

this is also happening to me on the 500 PEI sheet. Petg at 90 degrees bed temp is delaminating the PEI . i used Pei on other printers and not had an issue like this. This is not caused by yanking off a hot bed. This is some kind of issues with this specific PEI sheet. Manufacturing error or are all Ratrig sheets going to behave this way?

VC4 IDEX Endstop calibration test
after doing this system of VAOC calibrations and running the macro and putting them in the printer.cfg.. then restarting .. T0 looks good at -15.. but T1 looks off about 2mm at 515. Here is VAOC results.

Idex fans wont shut up . Part Fan and Toolhead Fan on full
just punch the pwm to the tool boards as instructed in the walkthrough. disregard absolute’s suggestion in the guide comments that it should be anything else.

Idex fans wont shut up . Part Fan and Toolhead Fan on full
what does play with it mean? The fans are too loud to even work in the same room. I don’t understand why the toolhead fans are 100% or how to get control over them so they only turn on as much as needed or wanted. I also need to know how to enable a specific pin off the octopus. I don’t need a temp solution where i just unplug them because without fan control i can’t even see using this thing with as much noise as it spits out.

what about for idex PA8 works for t0 but what about t1? i assume a variable has to be set for it but i dont see where to do that
