You need to use the same software (or another partition manager) to expand that partition to fill the full drive The step you did was clone your existing drive (and its partitions) which is that same size. Now you have to expand the main NTFS partition to fill the empty space

You’ll need some sort of SCART splitter (powered) to split between the TV and capture input, and then a scaler to capture it. $200 is going to be very tight and you’ll have to settle for a sub-par scaler now and upgrade later probably
