wouldn't think virus, just that the filesystem is corrupted or the drive is otherwise failing
flash drives are cheap

I’d start by copying to internal drive first, eliminate the usb-usb connection
Id also just do a couple files at a time
But might just be a dying flash drive

Missing Polkit Agent for GPU Screen Recorder?
Any answers I find regarding a polkit agent either say "you don't need to run that yourself" or are for Arch. Found a couple posts suggesting it's not an option on Bazzite, but I see others getting it to work, so I'm clearly missing something.

Are you using passthrough? If so it probably just shows the name of your monitor or just Nvidia something

You need to use the same software (or another partition manager) to expand that partition to fill the full drive
The step you did was clone your existing drive (and its partitions) which is that same size. Now you have to expand the main NTFS partition to fill the empty space

Doesn’t matter, those are just the ones 100% validated by the manufacturer
