x- and y-axis positioning incorrect after upgrading to RatOS v2.1-RC1
I just upgraded my vCore 300 printer from RatOS v2.0 to v2.1-rc1. After the upgrade the movement of the x- and y-axes are limited to the rear-left quadrant of the build plate. When I run a bed probe, only the left rear quadrant is scanned. If I send the extruder to x0y0 it moves to approximately x0y150. If I send the extruder to x300y0 it moves to approximately x150y150. The current printer.cfg is attached. The only changes I've made to the printer.cfg or any other setting is to change the direction of stepper motors so that the x, y and z move in the correct directions. Thanks in advance for assistance in fixing this problem.

Extruder not working
I have a RatRig vcore 300 that I originally assembled with a Duet mainboard. It was working OK, but for several reasons I've decided to remove the Duet and replace it with a BTT Octopus v1.1 + RPi. I've been working my way through the RatOS setup process and overall it has gone well: axes move correctly, BLTouch probes correctly, bed and hot end heat correctly, fans operate as expected). Frustratingly, one thing not working is the extruder motor. When I issue an extrude or retract command the stepper motor starts buzzing without rotation. I can move the motor manually so the gear system has no mechanical jams. I've double checked the wiring against the drawings and I see no errors. I've checked the wire harness to make sure there is continuity between the motor connector and MCU connector - all 4 wires have good continuity. There are no shorts between wires. Net, the cable appears to be good. Since the extruder was working with the Duet board, I'm thinking there may be a bad configuration setting causing the problem. My current printer.cfg is attached. Would someone please have a look at the settings and let me know if I've missed something? Thanks in advance.

No trigger on z after full movement
I am working on setting up a v-minion for the first time and have run into a problem while testing homing of the z-axis. When I try to home the z-axis, it does not move, and after a delay, I receive the following error message: 'No trigger on z after full movement'. I'm able to move the z-axis using the Mainsail controls after entering SET_CENTER_KINEMATIC_POSITION command into the console so I know the z-axis motor is wired correctly and responsive to console commands. The x- and y-axes also home as expected. I'm using the stock inductive sensor that came with the v-minion kit. When I place a metal object under the inductive sensor and run the endstop test, both endstop z and probe show triggered. The outputs revert to open when I remove the metal object from under the probe so the wiring of the sensor and its function appear to be OK. Would anyone be able to help me solve this problem?

Klipper reports: ERROR Duplicate Chip name 'probe'
I am working on installing RatOS on a new vminion that has a BTT SKR2 controller and Rasp Pi Model 3 A+. I have followed the RatOS installation guide and reached the point where I clicked on the green box labeled 'install vminion config'. Shortly after the configuratio process started, I received an error that reads: Klipper reports: ERROR Duplicate chip name 'probe'. I've gone back and carefully rechecked the wiring and cannot find any errors. I've tried clicking on restart and firmware restart and the error message continues to appear. I'm not sure how to proceed and I'm wondering if anyone would be able to help? Thanks in advance. My current printer.cfg is attached.
