Urgent Assistance Required - Unfair Automatic Account Bans
Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to seek urgent assistance as I have encountered repeated unfair bans on several accounts without any valid reason. These bans appear to be automatic, as there has been no investigation into my gameplay that I am aware of. I have ensured that my computer setup complies with all game requirements and have even formatted my computer to eliminate any potential issues that could be misinterpreted by your security systems.
Here are the details of the accounts that have been banned:
