Urgent Assistance Required - Unfair Automatic Account Bans
Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team,
Thank you for your response. I have reviewed the terms of service and am confident that none of my actions have violated these terms. I want to highlight that I have previously submitted appeals for my banned accounts, but unfortunately, I have not received any responses to those claims. This ongoing issue significantly impacts my experience and my investments in your game.
As suggested, I will proceed to submit another appeal through the 'File Claim' option in the account suspension dialog box for each affected account. However, given the lack of responses to my previous appeals, I am particularly concerned about the effectiveness of this process.
I urgently request a thorough investigation into these bans and a prompt resolution. If no resolution is reached within the indicated 14 business days, I will follow up on the Support Reddit as advised.
