I understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment, and I want to clarify that I have only used my iPhone to play the game and authorized the use of the official Gameloop emulator for PC gameplay. Both the iPhone and the Gameloop emulator are recognized and approved platforms for playing PUBG Mobile. I have never used any unauthorized third-party software or cheats. The Gameloop emulator was used only for the purpose of playing PUBG Mobile on my PC, in full accordance with the guidelines provided by PUBG Mobile. I kindly request that you thoroughly review my account activity. I believe there has been a misunderstanding, and my use of the official platforms should not have resulted in any violation of the game’s terms of service.
