Need some help with my print surface
I just have / had a similar issue. In the standard pla profile was a flow ratio of 0.92. I changed it to 0.98 and prints look way better

I also did a bit of research and testing, that lead to 3 "major" changes:
1. I desoldered the clamp mechanism of the the heater and replaced it with a silicon cable with an 30 Socket at the end of it. I did that because the clamp was really close to the fan and I wanted to avoid tight bends of the cables.
2. I replaced the self crimped atx cable with one from aliexpress with a lager diameter.

3. I designed an own mount for ebb42, where I can fix the usb-c cable properly.

That seams to have solved my issue. I'm printing since around 24 hours and everything is going well so far.

Thanks for the links! But the only thing I see, that I've done "wrong", was using a usb 3.0 cable and not a 3.1 one. Do you have a running toolboard? Which cable do you use?

Yeah it was included, but the crimping was not my best job, so maybe the connection is bad and it loses power sometimes? So my Idea was to buy a cable insteat of a crimping tool, to make it right.

I have an anker powerline. The description says it's usb 3.0 and it feels pretty hefty. Do you know how the plug of the can / powerline is called?

That also didn't work. I tried to cd to printer_data, which worked and to printer_data/config, which also worked
