10 year ban..?? I have spent a lot on my account, more than $100,000. Will I be cheating??

Midas and other youtubers can easily get their accounts back. They have inside connections. normal players can't. They don't even review, normal players can't get their account through in game file claim option. They contact someone inside and they review the ban, that's how it's work, not through in game customer care.

They just say you're banned for violation of user agreement. That's. They don't say what's the reason specifically.

It's nothing like that bro. Maybe the reason you got ban is mass reporting. Q. How did you get mass report? I'd say don't send any messages on global chat, local chats and gift exchange spaces etc. there're lots of noob there, they just report everyone, they just carried away. they look you up, see you got pretty good account and stats, they hit the report button. That's it.

I messaged and everything different emails etc, customer care is worst no much help there, frustrated uninstall the game. Started playing again two months ago in another account. It's hurt everytime when I see my account in the friendlist

false account ban

The system they are using is faulty. There are many genuine players getting ban everyday. You can see it on their every social media posts, atleast less than 10 people saying their accounts ban for no reason. If get couples report you just get ban. They didn't even review. Now they makes players investigators. You get rewards for reporting some frame and time limited stuff and what players lost their 4,3 or 2 years account. Lots of time and money spent all gone. And customer care is bot, there's no much help there. Like talking to a walk. Then who help us?

Consider yourself lucky. You just got suspended for 15 days. Many genuine players got banned for no reason. 10 year ban, including myself.
