I messaged and everything different emails etc, customer care is worst no much help there, frustrated uninstall the game. Started playing again two months ago in another account. It's hurt everytime when I see my account in the friendlist

It doesn’t matter how much you spend, PUBG will still ban anyone who violates rules. The best you can do is mention @ error, and show ur id to reveal why u got ban.

I'd say don't send any messages on global chat, local chats and gift exchange spaces etc. there're lots of noob there, they just report everyone, they just carried away. they look you up, see you got pretty good account and stats, they hit the report button. That's it.

If it was mass report they suspend your account temporarily to do a review by professionals and gets unbanned but If they find any cheat you’re not getting your account back even if you spend millions of dollars. Example YouTuber like Midas got banned because of mass reporting but came clean after temporary ban. If he had cheated he would not have gotten his account back.

Midas and other youtubers can easily get their accounts back. They have inside connections. normal players can't. They don't even review, normal players can't get their account through in game file claim option. They contact someone inside and they review the ban, that's how it's work, not through in game customer care.
