false account ban
My account was banned for no reason I haven’t used any cheats or gfx tools i play on a iOS device i had that account for 6 yrs and haven’t cheated or played with any cheaters please unban my account I would be extremely grateful i don’t want to loose my skins🥲

I’m playing pubg global and haven’t been banned but i was banned in kr for no reason
If my device had issues I should be banned in global too
The system they are using is faulty. There are many genuine players getting ban everyday. You can see it on their every social media posts, atleast less than 10 people saying their accounts ban for no reason. If get couples report you just get ban. They didn't even review. Now they makes players investigators. You get rewards for reporting some frame and time limited stuff and what players lost their 4,3 or 2 years account. Lots of time and money spent all gone. And customer care is bot, there's no much help there. Like talking to a walk. Then who help us?
