Red or burgundy tie with navy suit for networking event.

Pictures are really worth a thousand words, I wouldn’t opt for no tie but impossible to say which is better without seeing them with the suit

Relaxed middleweight tshirts?

They’ve got a few different cuts of tees, some are much more fitted vs others that are oversized, but most of their product is sized smaller vs western brands. Just wanted to be clear that measurements are the way and sizing up isn’t out of the ordinary

Bronson has good tees, I’d defer to their website but they have fabric weights listed on most product pages. To be oversized/relaxed I’d probably size up 2x but their measurements listed are accurate to help you decide

Just got my first milsurp field jacket. How do I style it?

I wear a lot of olive and find it goes well with other earthy colored items - khaki/tan, ecru, brown, burnt orange, navy, black/grey. Something like this could work with denim, chinos, double knees/work pants, cargos, fatigues, corduroys, and other casual pants

Where to find cropped white t-shirt

If you don’t mind the unfinished hem curling up at the bottom, cropping tees yourself is actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. A rotary cutter and cutting mat will run you $25 or so, and practicing on a old tee helps. I also found that turning the tee inside out before cutting can help get a cleaner edge

Starter casual penny loafers under $400

Correct, moreso a low investment in the event they didn’t fit well since I got them online. I wouldn’t expect sizing to translate perfectly between different brands or even different lasts

You may be able to find something with an embroidered pattern on them as well - different but Kapital makes certain pants with embroidery in a diamond cut that will have a similar visual effect. Here’s an example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/126518192500
