DH LODs + Shaders results in an Illegal State Exception and LOD rendering being disabled on macOS
The game will complain it can't use Indirect Rendering and then disable rendering, not sure if this is on DH or Iris' side, so I'm crossposting

LODs with Shaders don't render on macOS
The game will throw an illegal state exception and then turn rendering off with the message that Only Indirect is supported with Iris, but I think Indirect rendering is unsupported on macOS.
