It also looks like it isn't heating the bed. I had to manually set it to 60c.
Rerunning the print again.

The printer basically hangs when it hits the second temperature wait message. If I cancel the print I have to restart the machine.

VAOC LED ring not working
@mazas Thanks, I think I have something that should work with that. Leftovers from other projects. Something I can work on once the weekend arrives.

VAOC LED ring not working
Yup, already did that. Love my Fluke test lead set. Just trying to find out if we need a control signal to turn the VAOC LEDs on or if just 5V default turns them on.

How to test the VOAC LED ring?
The problem is that Mainsail was not effecting the LED. So I am trying to verify that the LED is actually working. I've supplied 5v to the board, but I suspect I need to also have a control signal to get them to light.

VAOC LED ring not working
@Shades Thanks, had to put upgrades on hold at work for a few days. Back at it now. Have to find a way to test the LEDs then. I have 5V at the LED board connector.

Not having any luck fixing the belt tension.
I might have had just a little lift on the corner. Probably needed to clean from the previous print. The Garolite or PCB board is a good surface for materials that like to curl. It has good grip with a little PVA stick. Might try my flexible filament goo and see how that works also.

The bump around the 120hz has to do with anything slightly loose on the toolhead as I understand it. I have the PTFE connected with just a ziptie about halfway up the cable loop. So it is likely that. I don't want to restrict the bowden tube much as I've had curled filament break in the tube on my other printer.

This is PCTG. I'm thinking I need to be running a bit hotter than I am. Right now I just need to get the flow and retraction dialed in. I'll be working on ABS next as that is the material I want to move to for production parts.
Just glad that the garolite bed is working with the Beacon sensor. That should make ABS and PC easier to print. (Though I'm thinking of trying the first layer PLA to grip the bed. Not sure how the 60c bed temp might effect the chamber temps for those filaments.)

This may be just a resounance issue. I did a VFA tower and 120mm/s seems to be one of the worst speeds. Much less at other velocities. So I'm going to move forward and post here if I find anything more.
