Negative UC account

This is why the game always tell us to purchase uc through in-game or Midasbuy, the only official site for uc purchase. Yes you are not a scammer but YOU ARE SCAMMED. It looks like your uc provider has refunded the money or reversed the transaction. Despite the amount you’ve already paid for your uc, now you have to pay again of what you owe to the game.

Again, read what he typed there, that’s possibly the reason for your ban. Using any other not-trusted site to purchase uc is always not recommended, if you insist to go ahead then you’re putting your account at risk of getting banned.

The only trusted third-party site is midasbuy. Alternatively you can buy uc through in-game purchase. I think you have your answer already, “Carry1st” probably is what got your account banned.

L for scamming game. Return the refunded money by buying uc of the amount you have refunded, if deficit is solved you will get your account back on the stated date I guess.

SCAM

This is why trading/selling/buying account is forbidden because this kind of bs will happen. Game won’t entertain your complaint unfortunately, pack your bag and make a new account.
