Negative UC account
How much UC do I have to pay back for my new account beacause it’s said that this account was negative UC? I didn’t know that.

The UC Deduction Notice you received in your in-game inbox means that your account had a negative UC balance because a previous UC purchase was refunded, canceled, or charged back after you had already spent the UC.🔙
Since you didn’t have enough UC in your account to cover the refunded amount, the game developers automatically deducted 60 UC to balance your account.🙅💸
Possible Reasons for This:
1. Refund Request – You may have requested a refund for a UC purchase, but you had already spent some or all of the UC.
2. Chargeback – If you (or your payment provider) reversed a transaction, your UC balance could go negative.
3. Fraud Prevention – If the game detected unusual payment activity, they may have reversed UC.
Solution: Just buy 60uc or later if dont have money rn 😉 (IT WILL REDUCE TO 0 AFTER YOU PURCHASHE 60UC)
Why game shows 0UC instead of -60UC? How can i track minus uc amount?
The game does not visually show a negative UC balance in the lobby. Instead of displaying "-60 UC", it just shows 0 UC when your account has a UC debt.
Even though you don’t see the negative balance, the system still tracks it in the background. That’s why when you buy 60 UC, it gets deducted instantly, leaving you with 0 UC instead of adding to your balance.
Looks like 60 UC already deducted from his account. No more UC will deduct if he charged more than 60 uc

I have tried your solution by purchase one more 60UC and they mail me the same as the picture I sent before
Your first picture u send here shows 2 messanges like that in your mail inbox
Maybe its deduction for both 60uc messanges
or either you dont know that your brother did 9999999 UC fraud and now every uc u buy gets deducted
i would say it again make new account or create new on new email thats only solution and 0 time waste
possible 2 situations: 1. Brother did used a bunch of UC and tried to Cancenel a purchashe so now every uc u buy gets DEDUCTED 2. Youre trying to scam pubg on getting back ur money on uc u spend and showing ss of completly different account with photoshoped email inbox messages
I didnt know how much he buy from the third side and I AM NOT A SCAMMER. I have a good education and have enough money for my life than just this game

This is why the game always tell us to purchase uc through in-game or Midasbuy, the only official site for uc purchase. Yes you are not a scammer but YOU ARE SCAMMED. It looks like your uc provider has refunded the money or reversed the transaction. Despite the amount you’ve already paid for your uc, now you have to pay again of what you owe to the game.
this guy basically got hacked account, hacker probably taking all uc he buys just by copypasting payment code to his payment and send him fake inbox mail
