I want play satisfactory on dedi server. Can anyone tell me a hosting?
Any VPS you buy (dedicated server) is very likely going to have ftp or sftp.
The modding is not handled on the server host side, it's done on any computer just like you do to mod your local game, you just connect to the server and add whatever mods.
So if you want to know which hosts support mods, the answer is any that have ftp access.

Did you use a blueprint to make said pipes? Because I had that issue, and the solution is to essentially delete any instances of that blueprint using satisfactory calculator.

moved game to a new drive and now smm is broken
I'm no satisfactory support guy, but, I'm pretty sure the launcher is picky about knowing that it's not a pirated game.
You could reinstall the game on your other drive via steam, and it would likely clear up whatever problem.
