You need to obtain the permanent version of the Arctic Era Theme first to be able to obtain the Advanced Theme Perk. Once you obtain both, you can have the upgraded version of the lobby theme permanently.

This card will only upgrade the Arctic Era Theme when you obtain the permanent basic version from a future Gilt Series Lucky Spin. The upgraded version is permanent once you obtain the Advanced Theme Perk.
