Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I recently received a ban until the year 2032 for alleged use of third-party software. However, I have never used any unauthorized programs, cheats, or modifications while playing the game.
I only logged into PUBG Mobile through GameLoop as a guest, and I did not even get the chance to play before being banned. This appears to be an error, and I kindly request a review of my case.
Please investigate this issue and lift the ban on my account if possible. I greatly appreciate your assistance.
