Want to recover my id
Hey just wanted to ask I am trying to recover my id and at the end of the claim when I got the verification code it says error. Claim declined please file claim using a regular device

If you are unable to submit a recovery request via in-game, you can still submit one through the link I shared.
Thanks a lot I've gone through your link and asked for recovery with the proofs now waiting for the response
