warm but dexterous gloves?

Hey y’all, I’ve been thinking of buying my father (who’s a postman) a pair of gloves that are properly warm for around freezing temperatures, but dexterous enough to handle mail and papers and such. I was thinking of maybe getting a pair of mitts that are convertible to half finger gloves or just half finger gloves, but I don’t know where to start looking. Thank you!

brooks brothers non-iron ocbd?

Hey y’all, I’ve been looking to buy some OCBD’s online from Poshmark and Ebay, but most of the Brooks Brothers OCBD’s that I find are non-iron. Non-iron is pretty 🤢 in my experience, but I’m not sure if BB’s are different. Does anyone have experience with these shirts in particular, or tips on how to find good used OCBD’s in general? Thxxx
