Heatbreak/Coldend Clog
After a nasty failure that caused some breaking, I now have a rapido with a clogged upper heatbreak and coldend. Filament fills the bigger diameter Section so that I cannot install the ptfe properly. How can I fix this? I already pushed a 1.5mm metal rod carefully through the hotend from the bottom that is long enough to clear the heatbreak, but I have no idea how to get that gunk of platic out of the coldend

Silk PLA causes repeating clogging during printing
This Issue is plaguing me since around a year, everytime I try to print with Silk PLA (I have two different Silk PLAs, both exhibiting this behavior), after some time (usually around layer 3) I get hefty clogging. Things that I tested so far - e-steps - temperature (190°C) - retraction (0.5mm) - extruder tension (minimal) - enclosure (open for better cooling, to prevent potential heat creep) - new hotend (Mosqito Magnum -> Rapido HF) - ensuring that there is no tangling in the spool - flowrate limiting (everything between 40mm³/s down to 1mm³/s) - print speed (200mm/s down to 10mm/s) - Bed temperature (70°C -> 60°C) I never have these clogging issues while printing PETG, Non-Silk PLA or ASA. Even helping the extruder manually by applying pressure to the stepper gear doesn't alleviate the clogging immediately. With some perseverance it will start printing ok again for a few layers, then start clogging again. obviously, this is not a good thing because due to the clogging, the entire parts stability is catastrophic in the end.

I need a fresh approach for my extruder clacking. (V-Core 3.0 400 with Duet Board)
I have a v-core 3.0 400mm with a Duet 3D Board, a Rapido UHF in HF mode (with a NozzleX) and severe issues with extruder clacking. For a while, the extruder clacking was only with Silk PLA which appears to not like Retraction very much (my working theory is that it's widening during the retraction phase, causing a Hotend Clog). However, today I tried to print standard eSun Pla+ after some time (which never made any issues) and I started having extruderclacking there as well... What is interesting is, that the clacking only happens after some time into the print, which may suggest Heatcreep but I don't know why this would get progressively worse and I'm also running the hotend fan at 100%. I also just dismantled the fan and looked at the cooling shroud for dust but it's still very clean. I seriously need a new pair of eyes to help me get a new perspective here.
