Does anyone have any guides or advice to rewaxing waxed suede? I have some waxed roughout grant stones that are entering their 3rd year of wear that could use some love

Patterned FW straight fit chinos under $150
Any recs for retailers/brands to look at for straight fit patterned pants? They don't have to be chinos, but i would prefer cotton/wool or at least not tech/golf pants. Looking for anything from herringbone to plaid or houndstooth I'm not afraid to go wider so don't be afraid to hit me with BIG PANTS

Allen Edmonds Loafer Sizing
I know allen edmonds uses different lasts but is the general loafer advice of sizing down by half apply here? Also if anyone can recommend a wider fitting loafer last AE offers that would be appreciated! I'm pretty sure Cavanaugh is prolly the widest last they offer but i don't have that much experience with AE's loafers
