Redoing Wardrobe
the general recommendation when doing your wardrobe is to do it over time, and not in one go. there are several reasons for this.
1. your preference may change over time as you start paying more attention to the way you look. this means your style may change, and some items you buy at the start may go to waste.
2. you'll be able to spread out your spending more. this means it'll be a little more comfortable on your wallet, and you might be able to afford to buy things of higher quality.
3. you won't be pressured into buying things you don't like just to fill up your wardrobe. sometimes it takes some time to find the item you want, and if you're fixated on filling holes, you'll compromise and then later wish you'd waited to get what you really wanted.
4. people who have just started still need to learn the basics, like getting the fit you want, and how to put outfits together. you might end up buying items that don't work with you if you do it all in one go.
5. if you want to develop a long term skill of dressing better, there aren't any shortcuts. you can't just use a template and be done for the rest of your life. there's no such thing as timeless.
so yeah i suggest lurking more around here, learning more about what you like and don't like, before taking the plunge and spending a lot of money in one go.

How do you keep your wardrobe trendy?
how to incorporate trends is one of the later, but most important skills you learn about personal style. personal style that is static isn't style, it's just a snapshot of your time.

Asian Haircut Advice
show your barber the reference photos. giving it a name won't be effective because they wouldn't know what it means, most likely. and describing it leaves it too vague. the more angles of the haircut the better.
