Just saw the last message, I disabled them today and still no improvement. Source profiler showed a 5% GPU usage but nothing in my main scenes added up to it, even if tripled so something is missing

Ideally we would like control to do like say 2 ladders with 1 being 1440p HEVC and the other being 160p AVC but TEB requires a mid and max for AVC before they allow HEVC

Hell my gaming PC today had no issue streaming 1440p HEVC to YT and 1080p Vertical H.264 to Tiktok while recording game and camera separately at their respective max resolutions. All while the stream pc just struggled to handle TEB

Yup which is why I dropped the 5 encode ladders down to 3 to help with that as idle my frame time was barely over 8ms average and suddenly jump up to 20ms when I hit live. And that pc is strictly just streaming to twitch. Not gaming on it or recording on it

first log is before i installed source profiler, second log is afterwards which lead me to see that teleport with a background removal and source clone with composite blur may be the culprits

Yea set canvas and output in video tab to 4k and just change the output settings in each encoder

Essentially you'll stretch the 1080p to 4k so won't be say pixel perfect on recording

You shouldn't struggle with these settings when using NVENC, main issue will be your bitrate but as for different resolutions to different outputs should be fine

Personally if you aren't using TEB you can get away with the RTX 4060, my setup does Twitch at 1080p, YT at 1080p HEVC, while doing two separate recordings at 4k AV1

Can confirm since running 4060 in the stream PC with 4070 ti in gaming pc/secondary stream (if needed). With future updates to TEB, HEVC runs well on the 40 series cards plus can do AV1 recording if needed. The dual encoder though is limited to 4k res and higher at I believe p6 and p7. It's been brought up before with Rodney in the TEB server and a few time in Aitum. Either way, both cards are well suited for future proofing

How Can I stream 1440p with Twitch Enhanced Brodcast
At this time, only select few are able to stream at 1440p/4k or HEVC/AV1 onto twitch with modified versions of TEB with approval directly from Twitch. Unfortunately you will have to sure a separate encode session for 1440p until they higher resolutions and encoders are made publicly available

I ended switching the roles for what's handling the tiktok sources and recording my camera, seems to work for now

Shouldn't need to if the more recent drivers are supposed to give even the 20 series GPUs 8 encode sessions
