Game keeps randomly crashing with no crash report
More information:
It happens on Singleplayer and Multiplayer
I'm pretty sure that it's not because of other mods
The error code is always -1073741819, which is known to happen when using old graphics drivers, I however have updated them all

Minecraft is unplayable with these crashes happening like every 5 minutes or when traveling in certain world parts, does anyone know how to fix this?
