circle not round

Recently started having this issue where my printer creates this pattern around circles. I checked the STL , made it in thinkercad , steps are the highest. Using prusaslicer 2.6 , in viewer the gcode looks like a circle. Vcore 500 .

Hi! Having the same problem. One of the things I noticed right off the bat, .stl are bad. Try to export in .step. I made a cylinder in orca, pei Ted it out, less vibrations and the lines are not so evident. The surface is not that good still, but I will try to put the printer on something sturdy, check the back motors for idlers and motor pulleys to be on same level, tighten the belts with a resonance app at least, to make them closer. It is what I found today while researching for other printers. Also jerk controls should be off in slicer. Maybe also turn accel to 0 just in case and let klippr handle it

I have a post with everything I did. Basically: Sturdy surface, where vibrations from the printer do not travel further, thus increasing end vibrations. Check idlers and motor pulleys for being flush. It seems one pulley was too high. Rerun accelero.eter when on sturdy surface. Good to check lubing, whether the head does not move. Belts belts and belts. Still a hot topic for me, as it seems I overtightened them. Maybe not, who knows. I know that my adxl is calibrated, that means I should.not have ringing in other prints, but I have. Or those are VFA's and then it's a whole other question, mainly in belt tension being maybe too high and motors Oh, and stl files are bad. Use .step if you design yourself. It will give a better model for the slicer to slice

to low? to high? by tension was rather low, tuned it by ear to be the same as my good printer
