Differences in DH generated chunks and Vanilla generated chunks

I was wondering if there are differences in DH generated chunks and Vanilla generated chunks, because of this line of this message:
This hole is most visible while moving over not generated (by vanilla) terrain.
not generated (by vanilla) terrain sticking out here....
Solution:
Yes, there are small differences in LODs generated by DH and chunks generated by vanilla minecraft. This is caused by Distant Generation being multithreaded, while vanilla chunk generation being singlethreaded. However, that text doesn't refer to this. Because the terrain is not generated yet, minecraft first has to generate it, which is a rather slow process, meaning the hole is longer visible, than it would be, if the terrain was already generated. It says (by vanilla), because Distant Generation doesn't save the actual chunks, so if the terrain is already generated by Distant Generation, it doesn't change this....

Help, I don't know why but I'm getting so low fps, what are some settings I might tweak?

I'm getting like 40fps, my cpu has 24 threads and rn its set to 12 threads on all options, I can also tell any necessary other settings, without shaders I get like 30fps more but that's it

Minecraft crashing when in nether

I currently have better nether installed but it also crashes without it. After a couple seconds in nether minecraft crashes out of nowhere (no lag spikes, no not responding) here's the full log https://mclo.gs/ugjmcfK (I'm running 1.20.1 nightly build but the build shouldnt make a difference)

White DOT in water

Hi, i have stranges white dot (reflection probably) in water lod, i run DH with bliss shader. With the shader off, i have no issue, and if i turn off Specular Reflections for Water it goes away ( but obviously makes water looks worst )

1.21.1 DH doesn't want to load cause of iris 1.21.1

LF Distant horrizon 2.0.4a Forge

im looking for the version of DH 2.0.4a for forge, but apparently it doesnt exists in the normal dowload links, i have the version for fabric, and im looking if someone have it for forge, i have the 2.0.3 for forge but it doesnt work with physics mod pro 169g. Im creating a modpack for forge that must have (Physics mod pro, valkiren skies (Eureka!), DH, Oculus ( Iris for forge) for minecraft 1.20.1, ive tried another verisions for forge and fabric, but these mods together never worked before

at night the lighting is slightly darker during the day its fine. with shaders, changing color or exposure settings does not fix

LOD chunks not showing up with shaders

Hello, I'm on the version 1.19.2 and was trying to use DH with shaders but when I enabled the shaders, the LOD chunks disappeared. I am using forge with oculus and rubidium (I've also tried using embeddium). I have tested a a lot of shaders in hope of it working (complementary, bliss, BSL, etc), please help :D

Xaero's world map black screen on 1.16.5

Using DH 2.2.1-a-1.16.5 and Xaero's World map 1.39.0 (Modrinth latest versions). When i open world map it shows map for a second but than just black screens. I still can interact but cant see anything. Sometimes Main menu also black screens but only if both mods are on. Logs don't say anything at moment it black screens. If i close map it fixes and if im long enough in already generated area it works fine. My guess is that mods have problems with threading together on new land. Sorry for no log, i barely can use discord in my country, and file uploading is completely not working, i ckecked live log, theres nothing. I'll send it in a few minutes if vpn will start up...

Another quick question:

Will stopping chunky generation, installing DH, but then switching back to chunky to generate more/DH again mess up generation?

Should I let Distant Horizons generate chunks after moving it to my HDDs? Is there any slowdown compared to an SSD? Or is the CPU usually the bottleneck always?

Issue when opening menu

I'm on minecraft version 1.20.1 with dh version 2.1.2 using complementary unbound shaders 5.3 and every time i open a menu all the fog disappears in the distance and only comes back after i reload shaders. Nothing I've tried so far has fixed it and the lastest dh version (2.2.1) just crashes on launch

Reloading the toml.

How can I force the DH toml to be re-read without interacting directly with the Minecraft window, or without at least going into the DH settings in-game? Say, if I have a script that replaces text in the file following a system hotkey press, how can I trigger my changes to actually be read?...
