colortex buffers not accessible between composite passes

Both fragment shaders are attached. This outputs black to the screen, despite the last line of the second pass just loading the texture from the first pass.

Rendering error after using shader

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1 Iris: 1.7.2 Sodium: 0.5.11 I'm making a mod and inject to the glint code so that i can make items have colorful glint. But after i enable any shader i have, the render start to become buggy. And after i disable the shader problem still exists. Also F3+T to reload assets not work. The only solution is to restart the game. Iris + Sodium crash (something about shader/chunk overrides)

Whenever I try to boot up a world in Minecraft when I have iris installed (even if shaders are disabled) I get this error: Error: java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError: Found class net.irisshaders.iris.compat.sodium.impl.shader_overrides.IrisChunkProgramOverrides, but interface was expected I Have no idea how to fix it and it was working fine when i first installed it so idk, please help....

dh and iris just not working

idk whats wrong, i tried downgrading which works but then distant horzions just wont load the chunks.

DH LODs + Shaders results in an Illegal State Exception and LOD rendering being disabled on macOS

Seems to be an issue on DH’s side.

Game in 1.20.1 Crash du to iris 1.7.2+mc1.20.1

So Im not the only one to have this problem, but the solution of downgrade DH or use alpha version of iris and sodium create new crash. It's aparently valkyrienskies mod that cause the crash, but other time it's sodium mixing whith iris or any other mod. Can someone explan to me wath this message is realy about (removing every mod kinda defeat the purpose of moding minecraft)

Weird Flashes randomly appearing

I have no idea whats causing this. At first I thought it was a graphics driver thing, so I updated that, no change. Thought it had something to do with reflections bugging out with block culling or something, both those are off, no change. Any idea whats wrong?

Doesn't load the videocart

I play the pure version with sodium and iris. When playing with shaders, the video card is not loaded above 30-40%, while it produces low FPS. Everything is fine on Optifine, the video card loads 70-100% and produces good FPS.

hi again lol, iris shaders 1.8.0 beta 4 work BUT my game is at like 15 fps with them, while with another version of Iris it runs smoothly at 60fps+, also minecraft doesn't even use the gpu (i have NVIDIA) to render shaders, it's like it uses the integrared graphics of my PC instead of my graphic card. here's a photo

Iris 1.8.0 beta 4 crashes when I turn on any shaders

I attempted to turn on a shaders with distant horizons (DH) on, then the game crashed, but I noticed that DH is not the problem but Iris itself, since game crashed even with DH uninstalled (shaders only) I use Iris 1.8.0 beta 4, Sodium 0.6.x beta 2, latest Indium and Fabric API cause i needed them for DH to run, also mc version is 1.21.1 Here's the crash report:...

crash on prism launcher with iris beta 4

My custom modpack keeps crashing when using the newest iris beta 4. To hunt down the issue i create a new, clean instance only running minecraft 1.21 with Fabric 0.16.5 and iris 1.8.0 beta 4 + sodium 0.6.0 beta 1. I tried to understand the log but I dont get whats wrong, but the "java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'void" part seems suspicious. A workaround is to just use iris beta 3, which is fine for me I just wanted to share my log to have it fixed in the future. cheers 🙂

Transparency/Translucent Issue with Mod Rendering

I'm currently developing a Fabric mod which uses FAPI's world rendering to create elytra contrails. I'm struggling with a rendering issue specifically when Iris Shaders is installed(no shaders enabled). I am unsure if my code is at fault. When there is a semi-transparent block(e.g. water or colored glass) behind my semi-transparent contrails, the block doesn't get fully rendered. I had this issue without Iris installed, but was able to fix it by: - Changing my WorldRenderEvents call from BEFORE_DEBUG_RENDER to AFTER_TRANSLUCENT or LAST. This fix does not work with Iris installed though. - Changing the shader program on my contrail render layer from the tripwire program to the translucent program....

Repeatedly crashing even with only Iris, Sodium, and DH

Nether portal disappears through glass. Iris 1.7.3 on 1.21.

Is there any way to fix this or is it just how it is? On Iris 1.7.3, Minecraft 1.21, using BSL_v8.2.04. Thanks!
