This likely isn't something that would be visible in the logs. However, I have a theory that you can try:

Have you truly tested Sodium and Iris on the fabric mod loader rather than LabyMod or whatever pvp client thing you were using previously?

Another thing I had noticed is you running Complementary Shaders Reimagined 5.2.1 when 5.2.2 is the current latest release on both CurseForge and Modrinth
Lastly regarding graphics drivers, what system specs and OS are being used? Plenty of times users end up with faulty driver installations thanks to <brand name> software not functioning as expected
DDU and NVCleanstall (Nvidia GPUs only!) are always good practice for diagnosing unintended system behavior in software
Okay, I just checked. It seems to be a LabyMod issue, it works on Modrinth. Although I have no idea why that would happen.

Labymod, Lunar, Feather, etc. use custom renders for their built-in mods that break the game. PVP clients are not recommended
