Pokemon Items/Moves page design

Desktop site on Mobile Device showing overflow-x
Working on making desktop site mobile responsive and so far so well but when I access my site using my iphone 12 pro there seems to be and overflow-x but when checking the dev tools on my computer adjusting the viewport to mimic my device , I am not seeing this overflow and there is no x-axis. Any adivce or suggesstions would mean a lot , thank you !

What are some good design ideas to display text underneath an image? I like this one but I don't know how to do glitching effects.
image dislocation
I am looking to dislocate the arms so they are in that same location but pointing down. I am not versatile with design in general. Could someone guide me on how to do it? aka: video resources. I would truly appreciate it
