Gradle issue w/ multi module projects - Needing help.

I currently have a multi-module gradle project that I develop with in IntelliJ, and I'm having some downright confusing issues with unresolved classes from other modules.
For example -> Depending on my "common" module in my paper module and any classes cannot be resolved....
Issue with server lag
I am running a Forge 1.19.2 server. We are having quite bad lag for the few last days. I am very aware that the cpu is horrible, but before it was fine.

way to make a permanent item in players inventory
is there a way to make an item be permanently inside a players inventory and inside a specific slot (say like hotbar slot 9) meaning they cant drop it, move it and it does not drop upon death. preferabbly like a plugin because i dont think im going to attempt to code something like this
Using Docker to host a modded server

"Move" Pterodactyl node from one panel to another
I use Pterodactyl to admin a small server network. I am currently in the process of migrating VPS', primarily to split the panel and the nodes onto separate servers. This is why a 1 to 1 file transfer is not an option.
I installed the Pterodactyl panel on a new server. Now I want to add an existing node (currently on the old VPS and connected to the old panel) to the new panel (on the new VPS), which worked. The problem: the new panel doesn't see the existing servers on that node. Any ideas?...

Changing config settings for paper causes server to go into a bootloop.
I want to change fishing time range (min/max) and also "autoreplenish" for lootables but after some trial and error changing any setting causes the server to crash on startup with no errorcode given.

How to play sounds to wherever an npc or player is?
I have NPCs that play sound when you click them, using the playsound command. It works fine for NPCs who are stationary, as I know what the coordinates will be. But for NPCs that move around, how can I specify relative coordinates? I tried the ~ ~ ~ but that just plays the sound at the server spawn, which is far away from the npc.
