Make cookies edible on full hunger?
How difficult would it be to make cookies edible on full hunger? I know you can modify recipes and some other tricks like that, but I'd ideally like to apply this change to all cookies. Is there an easy way to do this? My server is on paper 1.21.4

Mob AI Optimization
On a paper server (1.21.4), is there a good way to limit mob AI in a way that saves on server performance without messing with gameplay too much? I've looked into messing with activation ranges and max collisions, but I was hoping there was something that was more specific to mob AI. Villagers are the biggest offender due to trading halls.

AnarchyExploitFixes - Reputable Plugin?
Hello, I was recommended to install AnarchyExploitFixes (https://modrinth.com/plugin/anarchyexploitfixes) on my server to prevent exploits. Is this a plugin commonly used by vanilla/anarchy servers? Is it known for having performance issues, slow updates, high gameplay impact, or anything like that? I'd never heard of this plugin before, so I thought I'd ask in here to see what everyone thinks of it.

Server Optimization
Hello, I run a vanilla server with paper, grimac, raytraceantixray, and other small plugins. We usually hit a peak of 20 players on at once.
When we hit around 18 players, TPS starts to take a dip to ~16-18. What might I be able to do to improve this?
