I work in academia and get a decent amount of swag but my university is very polarizing athletically and I don’t care enough to invite that kind of heat. So I mostly avoid wearing any of that swag.

How do I get the funk out of my gym shirts?
Don’t bleach your shirts if they have any spandex (elastane, Lycra). If they are 100% polyester it should be okay.

Mending Clothes - Topic of the day 1/13/25
I’m slowly repairing a very old and sentimental pair of carhartts. I’ve learned a lot and I’m excited to try it on other things now that I’ve got some practice. I always love the look of repaired clothes when that are in waywt.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a technical brand without there logo on their stuff. This rei one is smaller and near the hip https://www.rei.com/product/235182/rei-co-op-powderbound-insulated-jacket-mens this ll bean one has it on the sleeve instead of the chest. But if you’re planning on using it for actual skiing I’d probably choose on another metric than logo.
