The “Burberry” is probably doing a lot of the work in terms of price. You’ll find cheaper options without the brand name.

maybe just the lighting but the tweed looks a little diff

also consider adding “raglan” to get a similar shoulder design
I had a saved search for “tweed (raglan, balmacaan, overcoat, topcoat)” and got a real nice one for $120. I found getting one with the drapey raglan sleeves was a little harder than a standard padded overcoat and settled for a more structured look, but they have lots of both.
