Time to go over the the Z Calibration? No. Vaoc complains in the red box about unexpected values and demands a reset macro.we need the debug.zip file and the actual screenshot of the error message to help you with it

i cant say anything about the camera issue, but the debug.zip file i earler mentioned contains a webcam logilfe that could help to find the issue
