Didn't found a solution for this, but did a new setup of RatOS from scratch!
Error is gone!

After many "first Layer" Testprints i was able to find my own settings.
Anyway, thnaks to everyone who read through my description!

Printing the same complex Part in PLA looks VERY promising, but with that eSun ABS+ at any parameters i onlöy got trash! So i guess the printer is fine so far!

Filament
Extruder1 and 2
Printsettings Soeed and Advanced
