Vcore V4 400 IDEX + eSun ABS+ clogging
Hello,
i am trying to print a part with a lot of small 6 hexagons and i am not able to get past the first layer because of clogging.
First Layer temp. 235°
Other Layers: 250°
for the Other layers i tried temps from 230° until 260°
Even a simple Box anything higher then 1 mm is messed up 😦
I have tried:
.) swapping toolheads
.) different first layer temps as well different other layer temps
.) slightly adjust bed temp
I have created a temporary case for the Vcore using 2 layer cardboard and i am reaching around 40 - 45 ° chamber temp.
I really have no more ideas what i can do to get this thing printed. Any suggestions, help appreciated!
Cheers

Can someone post his Prusaslicer Settings with eSun ABS+ when using a Vcore4 400 IDEX?
Interesting settings:
Filament
Extruder1 and 2
Printsettings Soeed and Advanced
Thanks in advance!
And also Cooling Page would be very interesting!
Printing the same complex Part in PLA looks VERY promising, but with that eSun ABS+ at any parameters i onlöy got trash! So i guess the printer is fine so far!
