Which fit looks best for going out to a fancy rooftop event in NYC?
I will when I get home. This was the suit I wore today. I have a suit in the same color and brand that is one size bigger getting some alterations done

I actually have a blazer just like that second one just a little big on me but it looks so good with my turtleneck.
Anyways I ended up just wearing the turtle neck with a suit. I got a quite a few compliments on it.
The more I look at proper fitting clothes the more I start to realize the difference between tight fits and tailored fits.

I prefer slim tight fitting clothes. The guy in the photo has a much lower muscle mass than me. If I wear more loose clothes I look too boxy. I have the matching trousers for the jacket but I think it looks better with the contrast between the 2 colors.

I’m a fan of both but I really like the slimmer look but it has an odd fit in the armholes. I’m kinda biased because I’ve only worn slim fit clothes my entire life.

That’s very detailed thanks for all the explanations, I purchased a lot of ties on eBay with different colors. Those darker ties you attached look great. It’s funny I chose a red tie because of the exact reason you said.
