Customer service in-game tool always rejecting my claims for no reason please help
I know that Some details are accurate and some are based on guess due to the question being impossible to fill with accuracy plus it's way back last year so I don't see how my accurate answers aren't qualified

On Nov. 2 2023 my Google account was disabled and I can't reasonably make an appeal to google so now there is an issue in access to my PUBGmobile account because it is only linked to google, My old phone screen is broken so now I have to login into new phone but after sending through in-game support tool 3 times already I've get the same response of rejection and we can't attach an image or file to support our claims so now I'm contacting the discord and reddit channel to help me recover it although some of the details that I have provided is based on inaacurrate guess because it's been a long time ago like the "ranks, players I have played with in the past 6 months, last time I played,etc."
But I surely know that my previous linked acc. like Twitter is accurate and other filled answers relating my previous details such as names, friend list, previous logged device.
I was instructed from discord support to submit my claim again through the game support but I have to wait again for 3 days so I'm stuck in the same dillema.
So now I would want to register a krafton account and transfer to it so i don't have to use the Google binded account since I have lost access to it. There were no history of purchases in my account as I was playing only for my leisure and interest but the time I have invested to it is like 3 years so I hope you understand my claims and approve my access to it again.
