Customer service in-game tool always rejecting my claims for no reason after 4 submitted ticket of recovering account, please help

On Nov. 2 2023 my Google account was disabled and I can't reasonably make an appeal to google and it will be deleted on sept. 27, 2024 so now there is an issue in access to my PUBGmobile account because it is only linked to google, My old phone screen is broken so now I have to login into new phone but after sending through customer service in-game support tool 4 times already I've get the same response of rejection and we can't attach an image or file to support our claims so now I'm contacting the discord and reddit channel to help me recover and I'm surely know that I have provided sufficient details about my account.
I already posted my claims through reddit support and they status my post on investigating for almost a week now and I have been waiting for so long and still get no response from support and also i was instructed by discord support to submit my claim again through the game support but I have to wait again for 7 days so I'm stuck in the same dilemma.
So now I would want to register a krafton account and transfer to it so i don't have to use the Google binded account since I have lost access to it or transfer to the new gmail I wish to link ([email protected]). There was no history of purchases in my account as I was playing only for my leisure and interest but the time I have invested in it is like 5 years so I hope you understand my claims and approve my access to it again.

Your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further.

I know that Some details are accurate and some are based on guess due to the question being impossible to fill with accuracy plus it's way back last year so I don't see how my accurate answers aren't qualified
