Move exceeds maximum extrusion (0.2mm nozzle)
I added the following to the printer config - and now it's working:
nozzle_diameter: 0.2
max_extrude_only_distance: 100
max_extrude_only_velocity: 120
max_extrude_cross_section: 0.64

It might have something to do with permissions - but I can't see those download assets anywhere on the releases page - and I'm familiar with using Github.

Upgrade RatOS from 2.0 to 2.1
That’s exactly what I’m looking for - that’s great! Thanks! I’ll install in the morning.
Just built the RatRig Toolhead, new orbiter extruder, EBB42, beacon….
This is the final piece of the puzzle! I have no idea why I couldn’t access that!

Upgrade RatOS from 2.0 to 2.1
Hi - I found the releases but I can't seem to see the assets? Or... due to the updates - do we need to download a ZIP file and create an image ourselves - for the RaspberryPi? Apologies - I'm not familiar with Release Candidates.

Apologies if this is a really basic question - but where are the assets for RatOS 2.1? Is there a single image to download?

manual for adding a pi cam v3 to ratos
RatOS 1 is built on Pi OS Buster (PiCam3 is not supported).
RatOS 2 is built on Pi OS Bullseye.
With Bullseye you can use Libcamera and the Pi Cam Module 3.
Alternatively, if you had a spare Pi running Bullseye you can stream using a Pi VLC server and watch on any device with VLC Player installed (desktop, iphone, ipad etc).
To broadcast from the Pi type the following into Terminal:
libcamera-vid -t 0 --width 1920 --height 1080 --codec h264 --inline --listen -o tcp://0.0.0.0:8888
On the VLC Player open this stream:
tcp/h264://192.168.xx.xx:8888/
(substitute x's with your Pi's IP address)

RatOS 2 is going to enable so many things - really looking forward to that!

V-Minion Z-Offset, first layer, chamber problem
Many thanks for this info - What's your target ambient temp for the chamber for smaller (ie 100x100x30mm) mechanical parts in ASA?

V-Minion Z-Offset, first layer, chamber problem
This is interesting - So it's possible to enclose the minion within a heated chamber (65-70... 80degC) without any issues to the printer? The reason I'm asking is because I was going to enclose the VCore3.1 but I'd rather enclose a minion as I'll only be printing smaller mechanical parts in ASA etc.

Issues with ADXL Invalid adxl345 id (got ff vs e5).
Description of product:
“The ADXL345 accelerometer is a small and efficient sensor with a high resolution (13-bit) that can measure an acceleration of up to ± 16g. The module can be accessed via the I2C or SPI protocol and can be supplied with a voltage between 3V and 5V. “
I guess it’s worth a try…
