If thats the issue you could still load the site by manually accepting the risk.

Best base server version for kitpvp
I havent really tried it much either, there is a difference but casual players wont really notice it i think.
If your players are 1.8 mains which only play 1.8 they will probably notice. Depends on your playerbase then i guess

Minecraft 1.12.2 Multithread for server?
Minecraft in itself is basically completely single threaded, except for some stuff in newer versions like chunk generation. Rewriting it to be multithreaded would be a ton of work

Vulcan usually doesn't cause lag, it's detections are just mediocre. Better than Spartan or Free Anticheats, but ACs like Karhu, Polar or Intave are on a whole other level entirely.

How well does a i3-6100 perform for a server?
They are both weak and the i3 is very old. Giant TNT explosions will surely be impossible and the overall performance will probably be bad.

Just use the df command if you run Linux. "df -h"
