I am wondering if it is a power issue, I ordered a 24v to 5v downstep module I am going to use to power the pi instead of the jumper wires

Just happened a second time, I check my extruder motor cable and every thing looks good

@Hydr0s VC4 400 I just had this happen towards the end of a print 😦 did you just reterm your extruder cable?

@CrashTestCharlie / VC4 400h So my flow was dialed in already, the culprit seems to be somewhere in the retraction settings. I disabled retract on layer change and then helped quite a bit. Going to play around with retraction speed and deretraction speed

okay will do! Flow is already down to 93% but over extrusion does make sense, the top layers are not coming out as smooth as they could

I also fixed my ringing issue, I was a ding dong and put the max accel values in the config instead of the frequency. Printing like a champ now
