Which claim plugin is best
Griefprevention is by far the easiest to set up and also very commonly used so theres a good chance people already understand how to use it. It also has an addon called GPFlags that adds more control to how you manage claims, I think Qarth even has a couple merged prs on it

Then do update. It doesn't break plugins except if the plugin is coded to stop enabling itself if it doesn't detect a supported version but it only rarely happens so you should be fine.

Not using virtual vote keys is a mistake. It's always the easiest target but the diamond dupe I've not heard of :thonk:

notepad++
NP++ does have tab support but Sublime has been great! I have a weak PC so editing yml files has been quicker with it than launching up VSC all the time lol

Custom world feature were removed in Minecraft Java 1.13. This feature is only available in Minecraft Java 1.12 and previous versions. Custom world aren't available for Minecraft Console and Bedrock Edition.
