For our server we had a plugin made to have an AI respond to questions asked by players using a large knowledgebase about our server, we posted the plugin publicly a while ago, it could be useful if you don’t have that many staff to help out or just need something that can answer questions for you 24/7 on either discord or in-game

We use MobFarmManager to limit redstone, etc. in a chunk. You can control mob limits as well if needed within a chunk or surrounding chunks
