I reduced extrusion to 98% and dropped temp to 205 and it started to normalize. You can see the change on layer 2 on the left. Am I still dealing with flow issues from my slicer or is this more of a hotend issue now?

i'm going to try again reducing max flow to 25 to see how it goes with the 210c, hopefully i have enough time today

Appreciate the suggestions, I had intended to try reducing flow, so I'll do that first. I was a little surprised that my multiplier was nearly 1. I'll redo that as well. Also going to add a spool roller tomorrow after I get some more bolts.

i'm unfortunately stuck for a day or two since i broke a wire in the crimp in the microfit. they don't like to come out easily so i'm either waiting for a new connector or a depinning tool

the connector is, IMO, too large. so if it's not placed perfectly, it's going to cause some asymmetry in resonances.

i think the problems are coming from either the umbillical being lose or the molex microfit connector moving

only the set screw in the pulley, i didn't redo the whole setup

so there was a very small slope between corners. i think i leveled it back out

i unscrewed the pulley on the left then pulled the belt back and forth without it connected to the toolhead to get it back fully into the idler on the right. the pulley may have been higher than it should have been
